SLAM (Study Less Achieve More) is an international exchange club designed to create a welcoming gateway for international and Taiwanese students to connect. While NTU students often have strong English skills, they lack environments to practice speaking English. On the other hand, international students want to make Taiwanese friends but lack opportunities to meet them. Through SLAM, we aim to create fun, casual events where Taiwanese students can practice English conversation, and international students can build meaningful connections and develop essential skills. The concept of "Study Less Achieve More" aligns with the idea that valuable learning happens through enjoyable cultural exchanges and social engagement. In conclusion, our club’s main focus is to become a casual gateway for Taiwanese and international students to initiate conversations.
